The Premis lock can store up to 30 user codes. Each code must be between 4 and 8 digits.
Use the Premis app to create and manage user codes. If needed, you can add a user code directly at the lock without using the app. Once your phone is within Bluetooth range of the lock, the app will receive and store the new user code.
It is recommended that you add a Mastercode to your Premis lock for added security. The Mastercode is only used when adding and deleting user codes directly at the lock, and it cannot unlock the door (unless the same code is programmed as a user code — not recommended). The Mastercode is not used when adding codes through the Premis app. See Mastercode.
