I just updated my Kwikset app to 2.0 and can't see my access codes. How do I get them back?
Access Codes are stored within the lock. Once you are within Bluetooth range of your lock, the Access Codes will sync back to the app.

Read MoreIf you are experiencing an issue with your "Date Range" or "Weekly Recurring" access codes not working please follow these steps: 1. Go to the Access Codes page, by clicking on icon from the Dashboard page. 2. Select and delete the User with the "Date Range" or "Weekly Recurring" access code. 3. Create a new User with the required access dates. The same code can be used. If you continue to experience an issue, please call us at 1-800-327-5625
