My lever falling off, how do I fix this?

If you are experiencing the lever falling off, the set screw is still in the shaft. If you remove the lever and on one side of the shaft there is a hole and the other side there is a silver button. That silver button is the set screw. Place the lever back on to the shaft, using a 3/32 hex wrench tighten the screw through the lever and shaft.

The "Reversible Lever" function allows you to install the leverset on either a left hand, or a right hand configured door. The interior lever can be removed from the rosette assembly and switched with the exterior lever. This prevents the levers from being upside down when installation is complete.

How do I reverse my mechanical lever?

To reverse the handing of your levers, insert a flat head screwdriver into the lever catch. Remove both levers away from the chassis. Exchange each side with the other. Snap each lever on the corresponding side of the chassis.
