The keypad on my Halo Touchscreen doesn’t light up/wake up when I push a button.

To light up the touchscreen, touch the screen with your palm or back of your hand and leave it there until the numbers light up.

Check that the batteries have power, are inserted correctly into the battery pack, and that the battery pack is inserted correctly.  For detailed instructions on how to change the batteries, Please see Halo Touchscreen install guide or Halo Keypad install guide.
