If you are experiencing an issue with your "Date Range" or "Weekly Recurring" access codes not working please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Access Codes page, by clicking on icon from the Dashboard page.
2. Select and delete the User with the "Date Range" or "Weekly Recurring" access code.
3. Create a new User with the required access dates. The same code can be used.
