Grant continues to gain industry knowledge through efforts with organizations like Harvard’s Joint Center for Housing and the Home Improvement Research Institute. As a longtime drummer, Grant still practices music. His creativity is an often-utilized resource in the company and with clients.

Gena Kirk is a recognized industry leader in interior design and design studio strategies. With over 25 years of experience, she has lead KB Home in redefining the homebuyer design selection experience, identifying design trends and timeless selections, and leveraging new technologies to aid in buyer visualization. She works closely with manufacturing partners to offer KB Home customers an ideal mix of options for their homes, considering the latest trends, varying styles, and budget levels. As a result, she has helped increased customer satisfaction and made the design selection process within KB Home more efficient.
Gena began her career at KB Home in 1997 and throughout her tenure has increased her responsibilities. Currently, in her role as Vice President, Corporate Studio, she oversees over 100 design consultants and 22 KB Home studio locations. She lives in Southern California with her family and is a graduate of the University of California, certified in Marketing for the Residential Builder.
Kelly Luther

Kelly Luther is the Senior Director-Design, Quality & Business Partners at Continental Properties. Kelly is responsible for the vision of brand improvement and new product development; navigating the development and execution of new concepts and design initiatives to encourage brand evolution with a focus on customer experience and quality. She develops new business strategies, processes, and policies to improve business productivity, reduce costs while improving business profitability. She qualifies new general contractors and architect firms in strategic regions who meet Continental's vision and culture. Kelly studied interior design at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and currently resides in Cedarburg, WI. She is active in NAWIC, a member of New Home Trends Institute Future Council and on the Advisory Board for Multifamily Point.

With an academic background in fashion merchandising and marketing, Morgan’s years in the corporate world paved the way for her venture into the home industry. At c2s, she juggles multiple roles, managing content creation, marketing, brand partnerships, and leading interior design and styling. Her passion for community over competition is evident in initiatives like online courses, in-house marketing workshops, the national Contractor Coalition Summit that she spearheads with three industry colleges, and the international BuildHer Retreat that she spearheads with two female business owners in the industry.
A forward thinker and risk-taker, Morgan finds joy in contributing to people’s dreams and lives. Her infectious positive energy resonates through their work, whether crafting dream spaces for clients or guiding colleagues through marketing endeavors.
