Premis is a touchscreen deadbolt that works with Apple HomeKit to provide homebuyers an easy, secure way to control their home security from an iPhone®, iPad® or iPod Touch®. With Premis, homebuyers can unlock and lock the door using Siri®, while also taking advantage of best-in-class, patented security features unique to Kwikset smart locks, including SecureScreen™ and the latest version of Kwikset SmartKey® security. The smart lock is also easy for homebuilders to install and does not require hard wiring.

The re-key feature allows builders to re-key the lock quickly and easily after the job is complete, rendering lost, loaned or unreturned keys useless, and ensuring the safety and security of the new homebuyers.
